Project Overview

MB Studios is proud to present a modern reconstruction of one of Poland’s most famous legends - the Legenda o Smoku Wawelskim. Directed and edited by me, Piotr Ksiazek, this short film blends cinematic storytelling, contemporary editing techniques, and updated visual motifs to bring new life to a classic tale.

The project allowed me to work closely with actors, carefully plan shots, and deliver a high-quality production. It not only respects the folklore roots but also makes the story relatable to today’s audiences. The film’s quality and creativity were recognized internationally, earning an award and showcasing my ability to merge tradition with modern media techniques.
