Overview

I’m proud to share my latest collaboration within the Conservatorio Puccini in La Specia - OperaVR project, an educational initiative that merges classical art with modern technology. Working under the supervision of Dr. Dorota Hrycak-Krzyżanowska, I had the opportunity to edit and assemble a series of educational films and multimedia materials designed to enhance learning through immersive visual storytelling.

My role focused on video and audio production, editing, and montage, bringing together academic content, performance footage, and digital media into cohesive, engaging works. Each film was crafted to serve both educational and creative purposes, reflecting my ongoing interest in combining aesthetic precision with meaningful storytelling.

What makes this project special to me is how it bridges academic knowledge, artistic performance, and media craft, transforming traditional learning into a dynamic, visual experience. The works were produced exclusively for educational and research use within PUNO and its partner institutions, with full respect for intellectual property and artistic authorship.

As with all my projects, including The Story of Ariadne & Dionysus, this work embodies my approach to storytelling: thoughtful, immersive, and emotionally resonant. Through film and sound, I aim to connect ideas and audiences - turning educational content into experiences that both inform and inspire.

Legal

The OperaVR films and related educational materials were created within the activities of the Polish University Abroad (PUNO), under the supervision of Dr. Dorota Hrycak-Krzyżanowska.

Editing and montage by Piotr Książek, based on scripts and educational content by Dr. Dorota Hrycak-Krzyżanowska.

Under the agreement signed on 02/11/2025, the Author has granted PUNO an exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence to use and sub-license the works for educational, academic, and research purposes.

The Author retains all moral and personal rights related to the editing and creative montage.
